Workshops and trainings

Where and when can we work?

On the premises of the client`s company or on specially adapted premises outside the company at terms we mutually agree upon with the clients.

How do we work?

In separate classrooms (on the business premises of the employer or contractor), in a relaxed atmosphere, using modern methods (lectures, exercises, role playing, mutual exchange of knowledge and experience of working in groups in an interactive way. A positive approach seeks to gain the confidence of each participant and present him the advantages of new tools and employer investments in skills and their development.

What are the benefits from the workshop?

Acquiring knowledge and skills in the areas of leadership, motivation and team building, sales orientation, are just some of the benefits that your employees will get. By applying them your company will achieve a competitive advantage through increased sales and customer satisfaction, which all together contributes to increasing profits. After the workshop we will create a report in order to get you an assessment of the benefits of the workshop from the perspective of both employees and educators.

What is important to note?

The offer of the workshop’s content is not fixed but allows you to create with us the program and the elements that suit the needs of your business best. In addition to the elements suggested by the speakers we will try to seamlessly incorporate the contents that you want and present them affirmatively to their employees so that they will accept the conclusions as something they have made by themselves. This gives you the opportunity to educate your employees to do their daily work in a way you would do it yourself.

Analysis of training needs

As there are many possibilities and combinations and in order to create a more efficient workshop specially adapted to the needs of your company, you are asked to answer a few questions:

  1. How many employees are there?
  2. What type of employees do you have?
  3. How many levels of management are there and how many workers are employed at each level?
  4. How many employees work in direct sales?
  5. What kind of competence (knowledge, skills and attitudes) do you expect of each level?
  6. What kind of experience do your employees possess?
  7. What kind of training courses have your employees attended and when?
  8. What kind of knowledge, skills and attitudes do you want to achieve at the organizational level (that is workshops important to all employees), which at the level of specific projects and which of the employees in certain departments?
  9. Where would you like to have your training organized (within the company premises / on the premises organized by the lecturer)?
  10. How many days / hours can your employees be absent from work for the purpose of education?
  11. In which time period would you like to do all the workshops with the same subject matter?
  12. What special message would you like to convey to your employees in an affirmative and optimistic way?

The investment in the knowledge and skills of employees ensures the success and long-term results of each company. The customer is satisfied when his expectations are met. And how do you know what a customer expects? Workshops offer an answer to this question. Welcome!
